The Legal Director is run by its founders John Burchill and Edward Simpson who have brought together a team of highly experienced senior in-house lawyers to provide The Legal Director Service to a wide range of businesses across many industry sectors.

We all have extensive experience of working alongside and advising Managing Directors and Finance Directors of leading UK and International companies and SME's. We usually operate as part of the senior management team of our clients providing strategic commercial business expertise as well as technical legal input.
