Nick is a competent and reliable individual, an inclusive leader or a constructive team player, as required. He is a capable advocate, teacher, author, mediator, negotiator, draftsman, analyst, counsel and confidant.

Nick has been a practising solicitor and trouble shooter since 1990. A former head of employment law at a major regional law firm, he left private practice to move in-house with The Met Office and, subsequently The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts.
