Sarah is a commercially focused General Counsel with significant board level experience. She combines strong integrity with a pragmatic, practical approach and is a proven effective adviser who forms strong relationships quickly.
Sarah qualified with City firm Macfarlanes before moving in-house to Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she progressed to head of legal for EMEA. Since then she has worked in a range of businesses, and was most recently General Counsel at Ascot Lloyd, an acquisitive IFA business where she established the legal team.
Sarah’s broad experience includes advising on employment, disputes, business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, commercial contracts, company secretarial and corporate governance.
