Siobhan started her legal career in private practice in Manchester, spending her time at Halliwells and DWF. She moved in house to JD Sports Fashion Plc following a short period in house at Manchester City FC. As General Counsel and Company Secretary of the FTSE 100 company JD, she was responsible for the global legal function of the group, overseeing all general commercial work, regulatory compliance and a great deal of M&A activity. As Company Secretary of a listed business, a large part of her role was also ensuring compliance with the listing rules and the corporate governance code.
