Throughout her career, she has worked in or with technology companies and related industries, so has vast experience in commercial contracts that focus on tech subject matters, including data protection.
Whether in contract negotiation, mediation or commercial modelling, Ina enjoys creating solutions that work for all parties and lead to a balanced relationship. A collaborative and results-driven lawyer, Ina is not exclusively focussed on the legal aspects of a deal but sees the role of legal as part of the overall solution. And she is proud that, because of this approach, she has become a trusted advisor to many people throughout her career.
