Natalia is an experienced corporate lawyer with vast knowledge of corporate credit and lending, corporate finance, trade finance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and international trade.
Natalia enjoys the variety inherent in her work and loves working on diverse business and commercial matters in a range of industries. In fact, this was one of the principal reasons she chose to join TLD. “I was interested in the diverse mix of clients engaged in the variety of industry sectors” she says, “the possibility of doing a broader range of work than ever before.”
Her clients are glowing in their praise of Natalia’s commercial expertise, knowledge and diligence. She knows the importance of understanding what a business is striving to achieve and tailors her advice to give practical and commercial solutions that add genuine value.
