Alana is a business-oriented solicitor with strong experience in many sizes and types of businesses. This gives her the advantage of understanding how all contracting parties think. She has particular strength in digital, technology, privacy and cybersecurity law and dispute resolution and is a complex deal drafter and negotiator. She has designed, built (people, policies, processes, templates, playbooks and training) and run legal function as well as been part of large legal teams.
Alana is also an executive coach (Co-Active) and a mindfulness teacher (certified by UK Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body and follows the BAMBA guidelines).
