Cath has over 25 years’ experience, specialising in a wide range of commercial property matters in both private practice and in-house, including over 13 years’ experience as a Professional Support Lawyer providing internal support to property lawyers on current legal developments and drafting commercial property documents, policies and procedures.
Prior to joining TLD, she was in-house counsel for a national charity in the social housing/homelessness sector, advising on landlord and tenant issues, leases, terminations, surrenders, heads of terms and other agreements.
