James has over 20 years of in-house experience providing commercially focussed legal advice to major companies in the technology and real estate sectors. As well as leading on complex outsourcing and IT transactions, as a General Counsel he has covered a broad range of matters such as compliance, disputes, employment, construction, data privacy, acquisitions and IP protection. Previously, James worked in private practice, specialising in corporate law, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance and restructuring. James recently studied for a Masters in International Business Law at LSE, developing his knowledge of international trade rules, competition law, e-commerce and environmental law.
