Jon is a highly experienced Company Secretary & General Counsel, with extensive international experience across a diverse range of industries. He has particular expertise in M&A and restructuring, commercial contracting, compliance and ESG and brings a strategic, commercial and pragmatic business-focused approach to the effective management of governance, legal and risk issues.
Jon has experience of working through FTSE listing processes, the delivery of corporate success, mitigating the implications of corporate failure, managing through business turnaround and executing on strategic reviews and corporate transformation, including acquisition, disposal, separation and transition processes.
