Trained at Hogan Lovells, with a focus on major retailers and central London property company clients, Katie’s first move was to Lloyds Bank. This was followed by eight years as General Counsel for an expanding national retail/commercial/logistics sector company with 150 sites.
Katie is very experienced in a wide range of general commercial law. This includes particular experience in commercial contracts such as supply, manufacturing and service (including logistics) contracts, together with a specialism in major commercial leasehold transactions.
She is used to advising on high level risk/board strategy, including giving a risk overview on commercial proposals. She is also happy to roll up her sleeves and ‘get her hands dirty’ on the fine detail of transactions.
