Kiley has over 25 years’ experience in legal practice and joined the Legal Director in 2015 after a successful career in private practice as a partner heading up the corporate commercial department of a law firm in Sheffield and being part of the senior management team.
After over a decade in practice as a commercial litigator, Kiley has built a practice which is exclusively in non-contentious commercial and corporate work. His understanding of legal disputes gives him a critical insight on the content of commercial agreements.
Known for his affable and optimistic personality, he enjoys working collaboratively with his clients. He has a mindset of continuous learning, which allows him to apply his legal expertise on his clients’ new initiatives and business ideas – finding solutions which allow all parties to work together.
