We are delighted to welcome David to The Legal Director team.
He comes to us with a wealth of experience in governance and regulation of retail financial services, especially by the Financial Conduct Authority.
An astute and incisive lawyer, David particularly enjoys company secretarial work; “top of house” governance; audit preparation; and policy and procedure reviews. His clients feel in safe hands and value his ability to pre-empt areas of potential exposure.
Looking for a change after years of working in-house for large corporates, David was drawn to the flexibility and variety that The Legal Director offers and is looking forward to applying his enormous knowledge of governance learnt in large organisations for the benefit of smaller businesses.
