With over 25 years’ experience in the profession, Samantha is a skilled and accomplished lawyer. A strong communicator, she is adept at translating the law into sound commercial advice that supports business objectives. Her clients recognise the passion and genuine interest she brings to her work and value her willingness to help and her sage advice. Samantha describes herself as “a solutions driven lawyer” and says that her clients consider her a business partner.
Samantha particularly enjoys working in growth businesses, to alleviate concerns about legal risk and help them build good governance processes. Whether by drafting templates or negotiating key commercial contracts, she always focuses on the foundations on which success is built and derives genuine satisfaction seeing businesses thrive. She credits her ability and willingness to embrace change for helping businesses forward-plan for success.
Having wanted to start her own consultancy business, Samantha joined The Legal Director because its established operating model gave her the opportunity to strike out on her own, but still within a framework that includes administrative, business and personal support.
