Kerry is an award-winning, commercially focused General Counsel, Company Secretary and legal leader with more than 30 years of experience across regulated multinationals, high growth businesses and a top London law firm, working in UK and France.
Until March 2023, Kerry was General Counsel for Vodafone Business, reporting to the CEO as a member of the executive leadership team. She led a global team responsible for legal, regulatory, risk and compliance, governance and company secretarial matters across Europe, USA, Africa and Asia, and was a director of key subsidiary companies and chair of the risk and compliance committee.
Since then, Kerry has delivered legal transformation programmes for National Grid, Kantar Group and GMS, and provides ongoing fractional support to businesses and legal teams across a range of sectors.
